Sivaramakrishnan R Guruvayur Joins Global Partnership for Artificial Intelligence as Expert

In a momentous announcement, Sivaramakrishnan R Guruvayur, AMP 2009, has been appointed as an expert within the Global Partnership for Artificial Intelligence (GPAI), serving on the GPAI Multistakeholder Experts Group (MEG). The inauguration ceremony, graced by Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, witnessed the participation of international ministerial delegations and UN representatives. Sivaramakrishnan R Guruvayur is set to bring his expertise to GPAI, contributing significantly during his three-year tenure. Notably, India is slated to assume the lead chairmanship of GPAI in 2024. GPAI, operating with a Council, Steering Committee, Secretariat, and two Centres of Expertise, is committed to bridging the gap between AI theory and practice. The initiative aims to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders, addressing crucial AI-related priorities on a global scale. IIM Bangalore’s PGP and EPGP Attain Top Positions in QS World University Rankings 2024 for India’s Best Programs

IIM Bangalore has secured the top position in India in the QS World University Rankings 2024 for its two renowned programs: the two-year full-time MBA, the Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP), and the one-year full-time MBA, the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP). Globally, IIMB ranks 31st for QS Masters in Management (MiM or PGP) and 48th for QS Global MBA (EPGP), also claiming the eighth spot in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The Business Masters Suite of Rankings, covering 765 programs, awards IIMB an overall score of 68.4 out of 100, evaluating crucial parameters like Employability, Thought Leadership, Value for Money, Alumni Outcomes, and Class & Faculty Diversity. In PGP, IIM Bangalore excels in Alumni Outcomes (94.0), Thought Leadership (78.8), and Employability (71.8). The Global MBA Rankings, comprising 315 programs, showcase IIMB’s overall score of 68.5 out of 100, with the EPGP program excelling in Return on Investment (RoI) (94.6), Employability (67.5), and Thought Leadership (66.3). The annual QS World University Rankings identify IIMB as a premier study destination for aspiring business leaders globally.
