MIJSC Seminar Series
Mizuho India Japan Study Centre (MIJSC) at IIM Bangalore hosted its talk series âTatsujin â Speakâ or âExpert-Speak’, on 28th May 2021 from 3.00 PM – 4.00 PM IST.
This talk was given by the best-selling author, consultant and IIM Bangalore alumnus, Mr. Jayaram Easwaran. During this virtual dialogue titled âLeadership Begins where Management Ends – Some Lessons from Transformational Leaders of India and Japanâ. Jayaram San touched upon the different aspects of leadership dynamics based on his experiences in India and Japan and provided key takeaways for people in all stages of corporate life, from students to managers.

Innovation for Startups
Prof. Rishikesha T Krishnan, Director, IIMB, speaks on âInnovation for Startupsâ on 15th May, 2021. He draws on his book 8 Steps to Innovation: Going from Jugaad to Excellence (co-authored with Vinay Dabholkar; HarperCollins 2013) identify how a start-up can innovate, effectively. This talk was organized by the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Cell of IISc Bengaluru.
