PGPEM TEAM WINS THIRD PLACE IN NATIONAL-LEVEL B-SCHOOL CASE COMPETITION OPSWISE 10.0 CONDUCTED BY IIM TRICHY
Amit Pareek and Surabhi Muralidhara, both students of the institute’s two-year weekend MBA, the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), have won the third position in the national-level B-school case competition OpsWise 10.0, conducted by SigmaEta, the Operations and Supply Chain Management Club of IIM Trichy. SigmaEta concluded its final round of the contest on March 5th 2022.
The IIMB team emerged the second runners-up, going through an elaborate process of four rounds of competition. Of the around 1098 teams that participated in Round 1, only 87 qualified for Round 2, and seven teams qualified for the next two rounds. The award includes participation certificates and a cash component.

EPGP TEAM SECURES FIRST PLACE IN NATIONAL-LEVEL TECHNICAL ARTICLE WRITING COMPETITION ‘STRATEGIST’ HOSTED BY IIM SHILLONG
Renganathan Sekar and Dheeraj Velaga, both students of the one-year fulltime MBA, the Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP) Class of 2022, have won ‘Strategist: Call for Articles’, a national-level technical article writing competition conducted by ConQuest, the Consulting & Strategy Club of IIM Shillong. The winning entry was about different business models prevalent in the gaming industry with a comparison between developing and developed countries.
PGPEM TEAM WINS AD-MAKING COMPETITION ‘MARQAD’ CONDUCTED BY MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE
Team ‘Icred’ comprising Mahalengam M H and Ashish Kishore Fatnani, both students of the institute’s two-year weekend MBA, the Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management (PGPEM), have won the ad-making competition ‘MarQAd’, conducted by Marquity, the Marketing Club of Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon. The contest was held in February 2022. In the first round, participants had to create an innovative advertisement in a poster format for a selected product. The top 10 teams who qualified for the second round were invited to create jingles/videos for the advertisement they made in the previous round.
