Highly respected global movements like Toastmasters International have long understood the value of this cycle. Every six months, Toastmasters clubs around the world welcome a new executive committee, infusing each club with fresh ideas, renewed purpose, and vibrant enthusiasm. This established process moulds not just a succession of leaders, but a legacy of mentorship, empowerment, and inclusivity. The result?
