Careleavers Inner Circle (CLiC) Forum, incubated under NSRCEL’s Impact Orbit – Tech-Enabled Social Innovations in partnership with Capgemini, has been recognised in Forbes India 30 Under 30 – Social Impact. Founded by Girish Mehta and Anisha Sharma, CLiC supports young adults transitioning out of institutional care, addressing a critical yet underserved gap in the social sector. The organisation offers holistic, non-judgmental support spanning shelter, emotional wellbeing, skill development, employment access, and financial assistance. By building a sustained ecosystem of care beyond formal institutions, CLiC enables young people to navigate adulthood with dignity and stability. The recognition marks an important milestone for the team and underscores the urgency of structured aftercare systems in India. Hala Mobility

Hala Mobility, part of Cohort 2 of NSRCEL’s Mobility Incubation Program, has raised ₹12.25 crore in equity and debt funding following its appearance on Bharat ke Super Founders, aired on Amazon MX Player. Through its EV-as-a-Service platform, Hala Mobility is building climate-first infrastructure aimed at decarbonising India’s logistics ecosystem. The venture combines sustainability with inclusive economic opportunity, enabling daily-wage workers to transition to electric mobility solutions without high upfront costs. By addressing both environmental and livelihood challenges, Hala is advancing scalable clean mobility adoption across urban and semi-urban markets. The recent funding round strengthens its capacity to expand operations and deepen impact in India’s rapidly evolving EV landscape. Hala Mobility represents a growing cohort of start-ups integrating climate innovation with social equity.
FlexiEle

FlexiEle, co-founded by Lakshmi Trivedy, recipient of the WCIC Prathibhabhisheka Women Entrepreneur Award 2025, is an end-to-end HRMS and payroll platform designed to streamline ‘Hire-to-Retire’ processes for mid to large enterprises. An alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women initiative, Lakshmi has built FlexiEle to simplify workforce management through automation, compliance integration, and data-driven HR operations. The platform enables organisations to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance tracking, and exit processes within a unified system. By reducing administrative complexity and enhancing operational transparency, FlexiEle supports businesses in improving efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance. The recent recognition highlights both Lakshmi’s entrepreneurial leadership and FlexiEle’s growing presence in India’s enterprise technology ecosystem.

Amagi Media Labs
Amagi Media Labs, an NSRCEL start-up, recently marked a significant milestone by going public with its IPO. From its early days building cloud-native media technology solutions to emerging as one of India’s leading SaaS success stories, Amagi has demonstrated sustained innovation and scale. The company specialises in enabling content owners and streaming platforms to monetise and distribute digital video globally. Its IPO reflects the maturity of India’s SaaS ecosystem and underscores Amagi’s evolution into a globally competitive media technology enterprise. VigyanShaala International

VigyanShaala International, incubated under NSRCEL’s Impact Orbit, has been awarded the prestigious Nikkei Asia Award 2025, which includes a prize of 5 million Japanese Yen. Founded by scientists Dr. Darshana Joshi and Dr. Vijay Venugopalan, the organisation is built on the belief that access to science education should not depend on geography or privilege. VigyanShaala works to democratise STEM learning by connecting students in underserved communities with scientific mentorship, resources, and experiential learning opportunities. The Nikkei Asia Award, one of the region’s most respected honours, recognises individuals and institutions shaping Asia’s scientific and social future. This recognition affirms VigyanShaala’s mission to expand equitable access to quality science education and nurture the next generation of innovators.
