Reminiscence 2026: Then. Now. Next.

Reminiscence 2026 brought the PGPEM community back to campus for a gathering that celebrated continuity, connection, and collective growth. Anchored in the theme “Then. Now. Next.”, the event reflected on the programme’s journey across cohorts while looking ahead to the evolving future of its alumni network.

The programme opened with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolising continuity, wisdom, and shared purpose. Alumni, current students, and faculty came together in a space that encouraged reflection and reconnection — a reminder that while formal coursework may conclude, the bonds forged within the programme endure.

A highlight of the event was the keynote address by Prof. Abhoy Ojha, Professor (Retd.), OBHR Area and Former Chairperson, PGPEM. Drawing upon his deep academic and institutional experience, he reflected on the importance of bridging theory and practice — a defining hallmark of the PGPEM journey. His insights resonated strongly with alumni and students alike, reinforcing the relevance of thoughtful leadership in a rapidly evolving world.

“At PGPEM, learning does not conclude with graduation — it continues through dialogue, mentorship, and community.”

One of the most engaging segments was the Living Library, where alumni and students participated in candid, small-group conversations. These exchanges moved beyond formal networking, creating space for honest dialogue about career transitions, leadership challenges, entrepreneurial aspirations, and lessons learned along the way. The format underscored a simple but powerful truth: at PGPEM, the classroom extends far beyond campus walls.

Moments of collective reflection across batches further highlighted how the programme has evolved while its core values remain constant. Conversations flowed easily over high tea, and new connections formed alongside renewed friendships.

Reminiscence 2026 stood as a reaffirmation of what makes the PGPEM community distinctive — continuity across cohorts, intellectual curiosity, and relationships that strengthen with time.
