NSRCEL Startups
Tickle Your Art

Tickle Your Art, a start-up of NSRCEL from the Women Startup Program, powered by Kotak BizLabs, is using art to create greater visibility and opportunities for artists with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities. The social enterprise brings artwork created by its artists into thoughtfully designed lifestyle products, including stationery, jewellery, accessories, tableware, home décor and corporate gifting. Its approach combines art, design and inclusion, moving beyond the limited product categories traditionally associated with people with disabilities. The venture’s studio in Pune serves as a space where artists create, learn and work alongside the team, while artworks are developed into products and new creative experiences are explored. Tickle Your Art has also created opportunities for artists through a revenue-sharing model, with part of its profits supporting the artists and awareness initiatives. The venture has been recognised for its work in inclusion and disability entrepreneurship and was recently recognised in the ‘Trading’ category at the Nari Vandan Awards 2026, presented by Smt Smriti Irani in association with NITI Aayog’s Women Entrepreneurship Platform at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
Dreamfly Innovations

Dreamfly Innovations, led by Kajal Shah from Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women, is working at the intersection of battery technology, aviation and deeptech. A start-up of NSRCEL, the venture focuses on high-power-density battery solutions for drones, e-aviation and aerospace applications. Its capabilities span battery cell design, electronics, software and system integration, with the aim of addressing some of the challenges involved in developing advanced electric aviation technologies. The company has also been working to address challenges in drone component manufacturing and reduce dependence on imports. In 2025, Dreamfly Innovations raised $1.4 million in a seed funding round led by Avaana Capital, with participation from Sunicon Ventures and others. The venture has continued to engage with the wider innovation ecosystem, with Kajal Shah participating in discussions on battery technology, smart grids and the transition towards a climate-positive future. Dreamfly Innovations has now been recognised as one of the 50 winners of the NASSCOM Deeptech Emerge Award 2026, marking another milestone for the venture as it develops technologies for the future of electric aviation and aerospace.
TERAFAC

TERAFAC, a start-up of NSRCEL from Cohort 4 of the Women Startup Program, powered by Kotak BizLabs, is working to bring greater intelligence to industrial manufacturing. The venture is developing an AI and vision-enabled intelligence platform for robots and industrial systems, enabling machines to perceive, adapt, integrate and coordinate. Its technology is being applied first to welding robots, with a broader focus on making industrial automation more capable of handling the complexities of real-world manufacturing environments. TERAFAC’s approach is centred on what it describes as “Skill Intelligence”, capturing human expertise and translating it into machine-executable intelligence. Its first expression of this approach, WELDT™, is focused on adaptive robotic welding. The venture has been recognised among the NASSCOM Emerge 50 Winners 2026, announced at the NASSCOM Deeptech Future Forge in Bengaluru in August 2026. The recognition comes as TERAFAC continues to explore how AI and robotics can help address the changing skill requirements of manufacturing, beginning with welding and potentially extending to other industrial processes such as fabrication, assembly, inspection and finishing.
