Workshop Week – Investments: Practitioners’ Perspectives
Indian Institute of Management Bangalore is constantly open to fresh and innovative ideas. It has time and again dwelt on the need for re-invention and creativity. In a unique, course offerings in an alternate format, “Workshop Week” was organized ahead of Term 6.
This year, we conducted a one-of-a-kind session titled “Investments: Practitioners’ Perspectives,” led by six excellent professionals who were all PGP 1994-96 alumni: Pawan Sachdeva, Anuraag Saboo, Hitesh Oberoi, Karthik Reddy, Manish Gunwani, and Divya Sehgal. The workshop had a credit value of 1.5 and received 24 participations.
The session was well appreciated by the students and the institute. Through these sessions, all of the instructors, who are all pioneers in their fields, shared a wealth of expertise and information. We appreciate their extraordinary efforts in putting this workshop together.

Reunion at IIMB
PGP Batch of 1997 came together to celebrate 25 years of graduating from the institute
Reunions are very special, both for the members of the batch and for the institute that hosts them. Reunions are the one event where everyone shows up older and then grows young again. What is it about being on campus, surrounded by your friends, that causes time to stand still? A walk around campus, dining at the mess, or gatherings at Lsquare. There should be a way to bottle this!
PGP 2002 Reunion – 20 years
Walking through old classrooms and corridors..
Catching up with the Professors, especially Prof. Mithileshwar Jha and Prof. Rajeev Gowda, who have retired but yet came down to meet..
Having a sumptuous lunch at the mess…
And to top it all, a special session by Yashodhara Lal where everyone opened up to each other with impactful stories that revealed, we are all connected in more ways than one..
The PGP 2002 alumni had a truly heartwarming reunion.
