Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders: IIMB Orator’s Club Youth Leadership Program

The IIMB Orator’s Club is hosting a Youth Leadership Program for children aged 14 to 18 years. The program, aimed at empowering young individuals with essential leadership qualities and practical communication skills, took place on the IIMB campus.

The program commenced on 8th July 2023 and spans over 8-weekend sessions, with each session lasting 2 hours. The young participants were immersed in engaging activities and interactive sessions, honing their leadership abilities and enhancing their communication skills.

Hosted at the IIMB campus, the program provides a conducive learning environment for the participants to develop their potential as future leaders through engaging activities and interactive sessions. This initiative is an opportunity for children of IIMB alumni, faculty, and staff to benefit from the club’s expertise and guidance in a nurturing and supportive setting. The program is being offered free of charge to the young participants, aiming to cultivate the leaders of tomorrow.
