Professor Srivardhini K. Jha Honoured with National Teachers’ Award 2025
Professor Srivardhini K. Jha, faculty in Entrepreneurship and Chairperson of NSRCEL at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB), has been honoured with the National Teachers’ Award 2025 by the President of India. Presented by the Ministry of Education, the award celebrates outstanding educators in higher education who exemplify excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and outreach.
Prof. Jha is widely recognized for her pioneering contributions to entrepreneurship education, experiential learning, and startup ecosystem development. Under her leadership, NSRCEL has expanded its support to over 1,000 startups annually, driving impact across women-led ventures, climate innovation, and social entrepreneurship.
Beyond academia, she has shaped national entrepreneurship policy through roles in Startup20 (G20) and contributions to India’s STIP 2020 and Karnataka R&D Policy, reflecting her deep commitment to fostering innovation and inclusive growth.
IIM Bangalore Breaks into Global Top 30 in FT Masters in Management Rankings
The Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has achieved a major milestone, climbing to #28 worldwide and #1 in India in the Financial Times Masters in Management (FT MiM) 2025 Rankings—its highest position to date. With this, IIMB becomes the only Indian business school featured among the global top 30.

Reaffirming its position as a leader in management education, the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) has been ranked #2 in the Management category of the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) India Rankings 2025, achieving an overall score of 81.56 out of 100.
