IIM Bangalore Ranks in Top 100 Globally in Financial Times Executive Education 2024

IIM Bangalore has achieved significant recognition in the latest Financial Times Executive Education Ranking. The institution secured the top position among all IIMs for Custom Programmes and ranked second for Open Programmes globally. Specifically, IIMB’s Custom Programmes and Open Programmes were ranked 48th and 59th, respectively. Director Prof. Rishikesha T Krishnan commended the students, faculty, and staff of the Executive Education Programme (EEP) for their dedication. He emphasized that this achievement underscores IIM Bangalore’s commitment to delivering high-quality executive education. The EEPs are designed to enhance both professional and personal development, reflecting IIMB’s role as a premier MBA institution dedicated to providing world-class education. Through its Executive Education offerings, IIM Bangalore engages with a diverse range of organizations across government, public and private sectors, and NGOs, ensuring relevance and impact in industry contexts.


Dr. Malika Recognized in Poets and Quants’ Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors 2024 Globally

Dr. Malika, a faculty member in the Marketing area at IIM Bangalore and holding the IIMB Young Faculty Research Chair, has been recognized among the ‘2024 Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professors’ globally by Poets and Quants. This accolade aims to spotlight the achievements of promising young professors currently teaching in MBA programs worldwide.

Dr. Malika holds a Fellowship in Marketing from the Indian School of Business and an M Phil in Social Psychology from the University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on understanding how cross-cultural differences influence consumer behavior, particularly in contexts of resource scarcity. Her contributions were featured in a Forbes article examining India’s national brand equity, underscoring her impact in the field.
