IIMB Staff Whereabouts
Venkatesha S works as a consultant in CAO office. He is an alum and has completed EGMP course at the age of 58 from IIMB. Mr. Venkatesha has provided financial help to students and also to people for educational purpose. Also, he has borne medical treatment for elderly people, especially who were devoid of funds for getting quality treatment. He is active with social causes and has made many contributions to his constituency.
The government’s “Swacch Bharat Abhiyan”, which is also the country’s largest cleanliness drive, boosted the educational institution to come out with various ways to reduce the waste reaching landfills, where Venkatesha actively participated in cleaning out the waste from the surroundings of the campus. During the initial days of building the campus, he was also successful in enabling the connection of water supply to IIMB.
Sri Lakshminarayana Seva Trust, Girinagar, has honoured him on 1st September 2017, for his commitment and personal contributions towards the development of Girinagar and surrounding areas.
In his leisure time he practices meditation, reiki and yoga nidra. His son has completed his PGP from IIM Udaipur.
