Anish Malpani, the Founder of Withoutâ„¢ (by Ashaya), is an integral member of the Circular Economy of Impact Orbit.
During its appearance on the show, this startup secured a deal amounting to INR 75 lakhs for 3% equity.
Gud Gum
Impact Orbit’s Circular Economy track introduces Gud Gum, a line of chewing gum devoid of artificial sweeteners, flavors, and colors. Conventional chewing gums contribute to nearly 100,000,000 kg of plastic waste annually, but Gud Gum is determined to alter this trajectory. This startup seeks to amalgamate the finest natural ingredients with the enjoyable essence of quality chewing gum.
Securing an investment of INR 80 lakhs for a 10% equity stake and a 4% royalty, Gud Gum successfully closed a deal with Sharks Aman Gupta, Ritesh Agarwal, Vineeta Singh, and Anupam Mittal.
Kibo
Kibo, a venture from NSRCEL’s Launchpad, strives to digitize education and employment, fostering inclusivity for all. Their solutions enable real-time listening, translation, and digitization of diverse content formats—printed, handwritten, and digital—across multiple languages. NSRCEL’s aim with this startup is to encapsulate the pinnacle of knowledge within reach, empowering individuals to learn without constraints.
In pursuit of this vision, Kibo secured a deal of INR 60 lakhs for a 6% equity stake, partnering with Sharks Peyush Bansal and Ronnie Screwvala.
Tiggle
Tiggle, a beneficiary of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women program, provides instant hot chocolate mixes that offer convenience without compromising on energy.
In a successful negotiation, Tiggle sealed a deal of INR 50 lakhs for a 20% equity share along with royalty terms with Sharks Peyush Bansal and Amit Jain.
Lifespark Technologies
Lifespark Technologies, incubated within Velocity, NSRCEL’s revenue-stage program, specializes in providing solutions for neurological conditions like Parkinson’s disease and stroke, aiming to enhance healthcare outcomes gradually. This NSRCEL-affiliated startup is dedicated to simplifying life and rebuilding confidence and independence for individuals affected by Parkinson’s disease.
Lifespark Technologies finalized its deal on the show, securing INR 50 lakhs for a 2.3% equity stake, with Sharks Aman Gupta and Anupam Mittal as investors.

Artinci endeavors to enrich people’s lives by assisting them in attaining and maintaining their health objectives with ease, sustainability, and completeness through its assortment of Indian sweets, cakes, ice creams, and beyond. The startup crafts guilt-free desserts that are both low in glycemic index and carbohydrates, all while preserving the delectable essence of sweet indulgences.
On the show, the venture successfully secured a deal, receiving INR 50 lakhs in exchange for a 5% equity stake.
