The startup offers a digital health solution and community platform to improve awareness, diagnostics, and care for premenstrual mood disorders like PMS, PMDD, and PME. HealCycle uses a holistic, science-driven, and data-centric approach to address the often overlooked challenges of women’s health, empowering individuals with better tools for early identification, management, and support. Volar Alta, part of NSRCEL’s Incubation Program for Mobility Startups, has been recognized among India’s Top 10 AI Startups under the prestigious IndiaAI Startups Global Initiative (ISG 2025). Backed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology in collaboration with STATION F and Incubateur HEC Paris, Volar Alta is transforming infrastructure inspections using advanced drone-based technology. The startup provides end-to-end solutions for drone inspections, data processing, and analysis, making infrastructure monitoring more efficient, accurate, and safe. Their offerings cater to sectors like energy, construction, and transportation, ensuring data-driven decision-making and proactive maintenance. Niral Networks

Niral Networks, part of NSRCEL’s Sustainable Mobility Incubation Program in partnership with Alstom, recently won the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Telecom Excellence Award 2024 for its contribution to telecom innovation. The startup is advancing connectivity with its flagship product, NiralOS™, a Private 5G and Edge solution designed to deliver secure, scalable, and real-time connectivity for enterprises across industries. Niral Networks aims to empower organizations to adopt Industry 4.0 practices, enhance operational efficiency, and enable advanced applications like robotics, remote monitoring, and automated quality checks. Their solutions reduce dependency on public networks, offering reliable connectivity even in challenging environments while ensuring data privacy and low latency. By aligning with India’s digital transformation goals, Niral Networks is playing a pivotal role in accelerating 5G adoption for industrial use, positioning itself as a critical enabler for enterprise connectivity in the evolving technology landscape.


KOKO POD by Sensory ALL

Sensory ALL, under NSRCEL’s Women Startup Program supported by Kotak Mahindra Bank, is making waves with KOKO POD—a modular, sensory relief space designed for neurodivergent individuals. Founded by architect Shivani Shah, KOKO POD offers a safe, calming environment for individuals facing sensory overload, aiding smoother participation in schools, workplaces, and public spaces. Equipped with RFID-enabled break cards, calming visuals, and timers, the pod allows users to independently request structured sensory breaks, easing caregiver and educator workload. Its design emphasizes inclusivity, durability, and ease of setup, supporting neurodivergent children in building emotional recognition and confidence. KOKO POD aims to reduce sensory overload incidents, lower dropout rates, and foster greater inclusion in mainstream environments. NSRCEL’s program helped Sensory ALL refine its business model and scale effectively, transitioning from concept to a product-driven enterprise committed to accessible, inclusive environments for all.


eKalakaar

eKalakaar, a cultural-tech startup, is redefining India’s engagement with traditional performing arts by prioritizing dignity, livelihood, and cultural identity. Founded by Dr. Sanjaya Pradhan and Amit Dutta, eKalakaar connects classical, folk, and fusion artistes with corporate and institutional clients, providing curated, impactful performances while ensuring fair compensation—up to 75% of fees go directly to the artistes. With over 350 performances and 250+ artistes onboarded, eKalakaar serves as a platform for cultural communication rather than just a marketplace. The startup’s Enable, Engage, Elevate, and Evolve model fosters sustainable livelihoods, transforming artistes into educators and change agents within society. The pandemic highlighted the vulnerability of artistes, but eKalakaar turned this challenge into an opportunity to integrate them into the modern economy. NSRCEL’s Impact Orbit program played a crucial role in structuring and scaling eKalakaar’s mission, turning a promising initiative into a thriving enterprise within the Orange Economy.
