NSRCEL Startups
Flextron

When conversations around electric mobility were still unfolding, Flextron was already building solutions to accelerate India’s EV transition. Founded in 2021 by Ameen Khan and team, the NSRCEL-incubated startup set out with a clear mission: to make EV charging faster, smarter, and more accessible.
What began as a small group of engineers experimenting with compact charging solutions soon evolved into a promising clean-tech venture. Within a year, Flextron introduced 3.3 kW EV chargers with SIM-based connectivity—enabling real-time monitoring, remote diagnostics, and smarter control. But for the team, innovation was never just about technology.
By spending time with customers and fleet operators, Flextron focused on solving real pain points around reliability, affordability, and data visibility. This customer-first, data-driven approach helped the startup achieve strong product–market fit early on.
Today, Flextron’s expanding portfolio supports both personal and commercial EV needs, integrating rapid charging, fleet management, and predictive maintenance. Supported by the NSRCEL Sustainable Mobility Incubation Programme, Flextron continues to build solutions that make sustainable mobility smarter, scalable, and deeply human-centred.
