The winners include Niharika Kolte Alekar (Volar Alta), Samhita R (Resilience AI), Utkarsh Apoorva (AbleCredit), Srishti Srivastava (Infiheal), and Satyendra Gupta (Neoperk Technologies), representing programmes such as the Women Startup Program, Sustainable Mobility Incubation Program, Fintech Centre of Excellence, and the Indian Innovation Challenge Design Contest (IICDC).
Their work spans diverse sectors, leveraging artificial intelligence to address real-world challenges—from sustainable mobility and financial access to healthcare and enterprise solutions.
This recognition highlights the growing impact of NSRCEL’s incubation ecosystem in supporting founders who are building scalable, technology-driven solutions with meaningful societal outcomes.
NSRCEL Start-up PadCare Raises $3 Million in Pre-Series A Round

PadCare, an NSRCEL incubated start-up from the Impact Orbit programme, has raised $3 million in a Pre-Series A round, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey.
The start-up is addressing the critical challenge of sanitary waste management in India—an area often overlooked despite its scale and environmental impact. PadCare enables safe and scientific disposal of menstrual waste while advancing circular solutions that promote sustainability in hygiene practices.
By combining technology with environmental responsibility, the venture is working to create scalable systems for waste collection, processing, and reuse.
The funding will support PadCare’s expansion and strengthen its efforts to build a more sustainable and inclusive ecosystem for menstrual hygiene waste management in India.
NSRCEL Start-up Mysa Raises $3.4 Million in Pre-Series A Round

Mysa, an NSRCEL incubated start-up, has raised $3.4 million in a Pre-Series A round, led by Blume Ventures and Piper Serica.
Part of the FinTech Centre of Excellence—an initiative by the Government of Karnataka in partnership with NSRCEL—Mysa is focused on building AI-driven solutions for mid-sized businesses.
The platform helps enterprises manage vendors, payments, and expenses across multiple banks more efficiently, addressing a critical gap in financial operations for growing businesses.
With this funding, Mysa aims to enhance its product capabilities and scale its reach, supporting businesses in streamlining financial workflows through intelligent automation.
