Most of us are aware of the need for self-development that can contribute to our personal and professional growth in multiple ways. But, how do we self-develop and what are we supposed to develop? And why?
IIMB Alumni Office organized the fifth Saturday Musings “Self Development: East-West Synthesis” on 10th June at the IIMB Auditorium. The event started with a talk by Prof. C Manohar Reddy on “Self Development: East-West Synthesis”.
The talk was followed by a panel discussion on ” My personal experiments, learnings, and experiences on self-development” where Prof. C Manohar Reddy was the moderator. The panelists who participated in this event were Mr. Jai Narayan, a motivational speaker with three decades of experience who went progressively blind, MA in Arts from Osaka, Japan. He worked for seventeen years in Japan. Mr. Sanjay Dutt, Co-Founder, Commence Mint, Organization and Leadership Development Consultant & Coach, PGP 93 Ms. Anuradha Narasimhan, ex. CMO of Britannia, PGP 92.
The program was live streamed and alumni from all over the world participated and posted their queries through a Q&A session.
