Saturday Musings – “Strategies To Build Highly Motivated Teams”

IIMB Alumni Office organized the seventh Saturday Musings “Strategies To Build Highly Motivated Teams”  on 16th September 2017 at the IIMB Auditorium. This is a forum for interaction between industry leaders, alumni, faculty and students. The event started with a talk by Prof. Pearl Malhotra on “Motivated Teams: The role of an involved leader”.

The talk was followed by a panel discussion on “How to keep your team motivated?” moderated by Prof. Pearl Malhotra. The panelists who participated in this event were Mr. Sanjay Thirumalai, MD, Grant Thornton, PGP 1999, Mr. Suman Ghose, Founder, Inroads Leadership Development, PGP 1996, Mr. Ravindra Pai, MD, Century Real Estate Holdings, PGP 2002, Ms. Mamta Thapliyal, Head- Organization Development, Ex IAF, PGDBA IIMB 2007.

The program was live streamed and alumni from all over the world participated and posted their queries through a Q&A session.
