The event had plenaries on:
- Diversity and Inclusion at Institutes of Higher Education
- Scaling Livelihoods for Persons with A Disability

The three-day conference was organized to encourage discussion, debate and conversations among individuals and agencies to sharpen our thinking on current policy issues. The conference was diverse in its topics and in the disciplines that were represented. It provided a forum for exposure to new ideas and methodologies, hopefully leading to cross learning and collaboration.
The conference had a wide range of discussions that explored different ways by which policy processes impact social outcomes using both theoretical and empirical lenses spanning research and practitioner pieces across academia, industry, and the government. CPP will publish a conference proceedings volume, which will bring together the major discussions and paper summaries of select sessions.
