IMBAA is a public charitable trust that was formed in 2009. The trust deed went through a major amendment and the newly revised trust deed was registered in March 2018. The ownership of IIMBAA was effectively transferred to the alumni. The trust has a total of five trustees – four alumni trustees and the Dean – Alumni Relations & Development. The IIMB Director is the patron. The Executive Board constitutes ten members including the five trustees and is responsible for evolving strategies and executing plans.
IIMBAA elections are due in Aug/Sep 2020. We are looking for leaders who will work towards making IIMBAA a globally respected professional organization and help strengthen the IIMB Brand.
IIMB Alumni are “Assets and Ambassadors” of the institute and adhere to high standards of integrity and values in their personal and professional lives. Let us come together to deepen alumni engagement, strengthen the IIMB Brand, and collectively contribute to society.
IIMBAA Vision Statement: “To be a vibrant network of alumni, emotionally connected to IIMB, enhancing mutual growth and positively impacting our community.”
