Started in the year 2014 in Hyderabad, Ridgeland Industries Pvt Ltd is one of the first few enterprises which started making snacks made of millets under the brand name RIGDAM which means wealth. RIGDAM snacks offer ready-to-eat affordable tasty and healthy snacks to your entire family for a guilt-free snacking anytime anywhere.
The company aspires to make the world a better place by providing healthier & affordable snack options to the people using traditionally grown super crops like millets which are good for Us, good for Farmers & good for the Earth. We see ourselves empowering women & farmers by working directly with them while moving ahead in the evolving health movement.
About the founder –
Ms Dibyajyoti Borgohain
A Computer Science graduate who is passionate about healthy foods & social causes. Earlier worked as facilitators in various national & international schools in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ms Madhavi Pomar
Graduated in Anthropology and worked in various spaces like Nutrition & Clinical Research in institutes like the National Institute of Nutrition & Apollo Hospitals in Hyderabad.
